Starting from 2.0, Snooze will accept plugins (thanks to the java modularity code 😉 ).
You will be able to write your own plugins or use aleady existing ones.
For the moment, only the virtual machines placement code has been adapted to accept external plugins.
The figures below show you the impact of using different policies on virtual machines initial placement. Note that we present very simple policies,but smarter policies are easy to implement (some tutorials will follow this post).
