The 2.0 version of Snooze is released today !

This version introduce a cassandra driver which will enable you to store all the monitoring datas and hierarchy structure in a persistent database.
The bootstrap API has been updated so that you can query the hierarchy easier aswell as command the life cycle of the virtual machines.
The plugin mechanism for customizing the VM placement is also introduced, an example can be found in the plugins source code repository.
For the Grid’5000 users a new deployment method is available. It is based on puppet and capistrano and starting from now could maybe easier to adapt to a generic cluster.
